Khaoya is a Senior Certified Professional Coach with over five years of experience in coaching and mentorship. She has coached individuals and teams in various capacities including being a Foundation for the Future Coach for the PwC Graduate Recruitment Programme, Mentor and Coach for the Global Give Back Circle and a career coach in various leadership capacities. Khaoya is also a seasoned Strategy and Transformation expert with 10+ years of experience leading business strategy, operations optimization, talent management, leadership development and business administration initiatives in the public and private sector.

She has led the development of tailored solutions for a diverse range of clients in various industries including Financial Services, Public Service, Consumer Industrial Products & Services, Non-Governmental Organisations, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Energy, Retail, Logistics and Transport.

Khaoya is also trained in a variety of people management areas including Leadership and Leadership Development; Psychometric Assessments and Training of Trainers.

Sharon Muhwezi

Sharon Muhwezi

Sharon is a People and Change Management professional with over 12 years of work experience gained in 5 countries. She spent 7 years working in Policy and External Relations, before transitioning to People Operations. Her work focuses on DEI, People Management, Grievance Resolution and Communication. She is also an Accredited Mediator and Certified Change Manager.

Over the last 5 years, Sharon has worked with young people to help them unlock and optimize their personal and career potential by identifying SMART life goals and designing paths to the same. She guides teams and individuals through diagnostic processes to gain clarity of purpose, take accountability and course correct. She works alongside them to identify both gaps and opportunities, and leads sessions to co-create the changes they want to see. Sharon is currently leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work at Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI). Prior to this, she served as the Deputy Head of People Operations at One Acre Fund.
